While our channel is smaller by some standards, we have a loyal and unique audience that is genuine and engaging. Our content is family-friendly, wholesome and much of it is evergreen! Our number one video this week (as I write this) is over three years old!

We also have previous experience working in marketing, training and product development for a major brand in the outdoor industry, so we understand how this space works and what companies leverage content production to reach customers.

Keeping our channel authentic and honest is one of our guiding principles. We only endorse or recommend products we  use or have experience with. We tend to take a "buy once, cry once" approach so quality, durability and longevity are important traits we look for in much of the equipment we use.

Products that make our trips easier, safer, more enjoyable or solve a problem are the best! Products which "create work" try (lengthy installation process) need to have a substantial benefit to interest us.

-Camping gear (tents, cookware, stoves, sleeping, clothing, accessories)

-Fishing / hunting / kayak (we live in the Midwest)

-UTV equipment. We have a great partnership with RMATVMC for much of our UTV needs - other items such as a radios, comms, etc may be of interest to us.

-Homesteading, power equipment, tools, etc

When sending us products, please give us ample opportunity to test or use them. We will only recommend things we like and have good experiences with! We are happy to provide honest feedback to the company directly if we have a product come up short.

We need to have experience with your product to recommend it or join an affiliate program. Unless the product is offered at a substantial discount to try, we generally willd decline deals where we have to buy your product in order to join your affiliate program. That signals to us you don't see the value we may bring to your company and that's fine - we just may not be a good fit.

Typically, we want to use something on a couple trips or for a month or two before we discuss it so sending us a product at least a month before the release date is a good idea if you have a timeline. We reserve the right to decline making a video on the product if we can't recommend it in good faith or it doesn't work for us.
